Randle, Wm Udy Sr., Martin Almond, Green Palmer, Allen Holt, Francis Locke, Thos H. Austin who find all the issues in favor of the plff (Siddy) - deft. (Alex.) to give bond and pay costs of this suit or be remanded as Guardian. Appeal prayed and granted to Superior Court.
